This impressive late 18th Century four storey farm house is a grade B+ listed building which was uninhabitable and sustaining severe damage from water egress prior to commencement of this scheme.

Working with NIEA environment and heritage section a granted aided conservation and refurbishment scheme is current on site. Works to the external envelope have been completed and renovation of the interiors is currently on going.
