Currently under construction this 5500sqft ‘one-off’ dwelling is on an elevated rural site. Extensive high performance glazing to the southern elevation maximises passive solar heat gain whilst highly insulated ICF external wall construction, combined with a heat recovery system will make for an energy efficient home.
